we have to fill in a form when entering into the cotruny. just like Singapore and Canada. the penalty will be higher if you get caught without notifying the custom that you are bringing goods/gifts valued more than AUD900.we were all very honest but it doesn't work in Aus. If you're honest ,you're more likely to get into trouble.

Can I assume they won't know the wendidg band was bought from Japan if your fren don't tell??your fren also sibeh honest le another question, 2 person, 1 declare and still got fined with AUD 500. THe other one does not declare, when caught, is it still fine with AUD 500? If the fine figure is same same, what's the need for declare? http://sayeosfa.com rhpjou [link=http://aefpdmkjnk.com]aefpdmkjnk[/link]

Well just don't declare in the ftruue and wear your jewelries. This stupid tax law has turn common and honest person into dodgy tax evasive people. Also when ask, always say you're travelling alone. That way you and your partner will not be search when things get out of hand! Finally, put self employed' under occupation they won't be able to say you can't afford a diamond crusted Rolex BTW, post home the receipt if possible otherwise give it to your partner, see travelling alone! .
